2nd Conference in Business Research & Management (BRM): Business Research in the New Normal

The grand opening ceremony of the “2nd Conference in Business Research & Management (BRM): Business Research in the New Normal” marked a significant milestone as three prestigious universities, the University of New York Tirana, University di Tor Vergata Rome, and Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, joined forces to organize this remarkable event.

The ceremony commenced with the insightful remarks of Professor Eriona Shtëmbari, PhD, who spearheaded the conference organization for our university, and Dr. Matteo Cristofaro, from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, who brought profound expertise in the field of higher education, enhancing the conference with his valuable insights and extensive knowledge.

After that, the baton was passed to Assoc. Prof. Juna Miluka, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UNYT, delivered a warm and inspiring welcome to the attendees. This was followed by Prof. Lucia Leonelli, the esteemed Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Tor Vergata, who shared insightful words of encouragement and set the tone for the conference. Additionally, Prof. Santiago Broncano, PHD took the stage to deliver a welcoming speech, further fostering collaboration and exchange among the participants.

In addition, we were privileged to welcome Prof. Dursun Delen from Oklahoma State University, whose extensive knowledge and expertise in business analytics provided valuable insights into effectively navigating the dynamic research landscape.

Finally, Ms. Virág Zsár, a distinguished Senior Grant Advisor at HÉTFA Group Research Institute and Center for Economic and Social Analysis, concluded the series of presentations, offering her expertise in grant advisory and research analysis.
