Zoom meeting with the APPG parliament | Assoc. Prof. Eda Gemi

UNYT Head of the Department of Law, Assoc. Prof. Eda Gemi participated in a Zoom meeting with the APPG parliament. The event provided a platform for insightful and informative discussions on a wide range of issues, including an analysis of the diaspora from Albania, visa routes, human trafficking, and the narratives and experiences of Albanian migrants. It brought together policy, academic experts, and individuals with lived experiences, creating a diverse and valuable exchange of perspectives. Parliamentarians who attended the event were able to gain a deeper understanding of this complex issue and engage in meaningful discussions that will inform future policy decisions.
