Study visit at Agna Group

Students of the Psychology of Work course under the mentorship of Dr. Elona Garo made a field visit to the Agna Group offices. The main objective of the field visit was to observe and learn from Agna’s programs, experiences, strong organizational culture and work environment. The students got to interact with the expert of the Human Resources Department, Mrs. Greta Hysi, on values, integrity, motivation, job security and other related topics.
