“Accession of Albania to the EU and implementation of the Regulatory Impact Assessments.” | Open Lecture by Roland Stafa

In the frame of the EU Law in the Albanian Legal System course, the Ministry of Justice specialist Mr Roland Stafa held an open lecture on the topic “Accession of Albania to the EU and implementation of the Regulatory Impact Assessments”.
During his presentation, Mr Stafa emphasized the importance of the legislative drafting process and the legal acts’ impact on society. He strengthened the effectiveness of the mechanisms on how state institutions impact the promulgation of legal acts with a high-positive result.
