2nd Balkan Studies Congress | Opening Ceremony

The Opening Ceremony of the 2nd Congress of Balkan Studies was held on the premises of University of New York Tirana (UNYT), with the welcoming speeches of the Turkish Ambassador in Albania, H.E. Tayyar Kağan ATAY; the Rector of UNYT, Prof. Dr. Erkan ERDEMIR as well as the Fettah Efendi Association President, Dr.Sevba ABDULA. In addition, Prof. Dr. Gülfettin ÇELIK, Rector of the Medeniyet University of Istanbul, and Abdulkadir MACIT, President of the İLEM Scientific Studies Association in Istanbul, delivered their guest speeches as well.?
