International Symposium on Turkish Teaching in the Balkans and Turcology | Closing Ceremony
The International Symposium on Turkish Teaching in the Balkans and Turcology lasted three days, and more than 60 papers were presented in different panels simultaneously. This symposium was finalized with a closing and evaluation ceremony with a panel that was chaired by the Rector of Turkish-German University, Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız. Other panel members were Prof. Dr. Muhammet Hekimoğlu, President of Atatürk Culture, Language and History Authority, Assoc. Prof. Yakup Yılmaz, Turkish MNE Serbia Attaché of Education, Prof. Dr. Hatice Şahin from Uludağ University, and Prof. Dr. Behixhudin Shehapi from the Ministry of Culture of North Macedonia. Appreciative speeches were given by the Chairman of the Symposium Organizing Committee, Prof. Dr. İbrahim Gültekin, Turkish Maarif Foundation representative, the Rector of UNYT, Prof. Dr. Erkan Erdemir, and Administrator of UNYT, Dr. R. Feridun Elgün.
