UNYT visits Istanbul University

UNYT Rector Prof. Dr. Erkan ERDEMIR paid a courtesy visit to the Rector of Istanbul University, Prof. Dr. Mahmut AK. In the meeting, it was discussed the possibilities of further enriching the cooperation between the two universities by launching joint diploma programs. They exchanged views on the “Turkish Teaching and Turkology in the Balkans Symposium”, which will be a joint organization. Istanbul University’s Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Haluk ALKAN, Director of the Institute of Turkic Studies Prof. Dr. Mustafa BALCI, Head of International Academic Relations Unit Prof. Dr. Ayşe ZİŞAN FURAT, and Lecturer in the History Department, Dr. Özgür ORAL, participated in the meeting.
