Meet our student – E.Shehu

Hi everyone, I am Enes Shehu, a UNYT student and I am a member of the Projects Department of the United Nations Youth Association Albania. Lately, we implemented the very entertaining and informative project of Electionville, which provided the proper role of the local governance. After my life experiences in Asia and Europe, I have come back to academically invest in Albania. In my opinion, there is no better investment rather than identifying the problematic issues among Albanian youth and trying to present alternative solutions. It is a crucial moment for us. The economic conditions have directed us towards a very dangerous path. We are deeply suffering from the brain-drain phenomenon, which deserves a total focus from any stakeholder, to recover. We lack productivity, we lack innovation. However, there is still light at the end of the tunnel. For the Albanian narrative, it is now or never. Thus, do not waste your time chit-chatting but generate constructive debates with the ones surrounding you, participate actively in the political life of your country, and voice your opinion without hesitating!
