Meet our UNYT Entrepreneurs – Biorvi Pervathi – University of New York Tirana

My name is Biorvi and my major is Business Management. I have just finished my sophomore year at UNYT.
Even though I am still a student, I have taken the responsibility to be the manager of my newest family business “Benelux Hotel”. It was UNYT that gave me the confidence and the required knowledge to undertake this big step, as a very good start of my professional career.
Benelux Hotel is located in the most favorable area of Shengjin called ‘Rana e Hedhun’. It has 50 rooms, in which 90% have a breathtaking sea view.
Also, the restaurant is positioned by the seaside offering a variety of delicious foods on the menu.
What is more, we offer very competitive prices as well as high conditions when it comes to service quality.
