The Dreamy Gathering

It was a beautiful Friday evening on the third day of July.

The program of the evening included various musical performances as well as the presentation of the Rector’s Awards in gratitude for the generous support of the UNYT staff and students during this difficult year for all the world.

Following the remarks by Prof. Dr. Ismail Kocayusufogul, Rector of the University of New York Tirana, the evening was concluded with the singing of what can now be considered, the Hymn of the UNYT e-Talent Show, a song titled “Oj Oj Oj”, which is a Hymn that told all the world to be careful regarding the difficult situation of COVID-19.

“This has been a year of terrible losses. People have lost their lives, and families are grieving. Others have lost their jobs, their savings, their plans for the future.
An extraordinary situation requires extraordinary solutions. We were all adaptable and creative in finding the best forms of classes at this time in order to provide the maximum of the knowledge in distance. We do not know what the future would bring us, however, we are a family, and no matter their differences and difficulties families always stay together…” – were some of the words of Prof. Dr. Ismail Kocayusufoglu.
