“Fundamentals first – the case of Albania” by Ina Xhepa, MSc

Ina Xhepa is a lawyer with expertise in Human Rights, Constitutional, and European Law. She is the Executive Director at the European Centre since March 2016. She holds a Master of Science in Law from the European University of Tirana and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the same university. She is a national consultant of UNDP, Justice for All Project/USAID, OSCE, KAS, Civil Rights Defenders, etc. Ms Xhepa is a member of the Albanian Bar Association.
