International Conference, 2-3 November

As part of the Jean Monnet Network on “Democratization and Reconciliation in the Western Balkans” the University of New York in Tirana is pleased to announce the first international conference on “Democratization and Ethnic Reconciliation: Theoretical challenges and the role of European integration.” The conference seeks to address theoretical and empirical questions deriving from the failure of ethnic reconciliation in the Western Balkans and the role of European integration in this process.

Keynote speakers include: Prof. Dr. Frank Schimmelfennig and Prof. Dr. Eric Gordy.
