As we bid farewell to a transformative semester, we're taking a moment to celebrate the rich tapestry of knowledge woven in our "Psychological Treatment: Theory and Skills" and "Applied Strategies and Techniques in Psychotherapy" courses. October and November have been a journey through the depths of clinical psychology, leaving an indelible mark on our academic odyssey.
From the outset, we were guided by the luminous Esmeralda Kumanaku, a trailblazer in community-based clinical intervention. Esmeralda's expertise illuminated the path toward compassionate and effective interventions for vulnerable groups.
Our exploration continued under the insightful mentorship of Klodjana Gjika, a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst. Klodjana seamlessly blended art with psychoanalysis, introducing us to the profound world of dream analysis and free association.
A special chapter unfolded with Valentina Telhaj, a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, who graciously shared real-world cases. This experience allowed us to dive into the complexities of case conceptualization, treatment planning, and the dynamic strategies employed in monitoring clinical progress.
Our academic adventure reached its zenith with Mirela Bregu, a group psychotherapist with a psychoanalytic approach. Mirela's wisdom illuminated the nuances of group settings, enriching our understanding of psychotherapy in the broader context.
