The University of New York in Tirana (UNYT) proudly celebrates the journey of our Computer Science students, Noel Didini and Samuel Rrahishta, who recently completed their Erasmus+ exchange at Šiaulių Valstybinė Kolegija, Lithuania.
During the autumn semester of 2024-2025, Noel and Samuel fully embraced a new academic and cultural environment. Their studies included hands-on learning, real-world projects, and guest lectures on AI and data science, enhancing their technical expertise. Participating in coding competitions and collaborating with international peers enriched their professional development.
Beyond academics, their experience extended into Lithuanian culture—exploring Šiauliai, tasting traditional dishes like cepelinai, and bonding with fellow Erasmus students. Their exchange also provided opportunities to travel across Vilnius, Kaunas, Riga, Tallinn, and Poland, deepening their appreciation for diverse cultures and strengthening their independence.
Reflecting on their journey, Noel and Samuel describe Erasmus+ as a life-changing experience—one that expanded their knowledge, built lifelong friendships, and created unforgettable memories.
