Eriona Shtëmbari, PhD

Eriona Shtëmbari, PhD is an assistant professor of Management. She has received a PhD degree in “Management” from the University of Rome Tor Vergata (Italy). Furthermore, she was educated at the University of Herriot Watt in Edinburgh (Scotland), University of Politecnico di Milano (Italy), and the University of Umea (Sweden) where she received a Master’s of Science in “Strategic Project Management”. She was an Erasmus Mundus Scholar, (2007), wherein from 2,000 applicants only 25 of them worldwide got selected. She received also a master degree in “International Business and Economic Cooperation” from the University of Bari (Italy), holding the only one scholarship for international students.

PhD Shtembari has been working for the public and private sector, from business analyst and advisor, export promotion and policymaker, project officer, for the “Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy” in Albania, Chemonics International, MCATA Albania. She joined UNYT in 2014 and is currently a member of the Business Administration Department.

She is a scholar and peer-reviewing of European Academy of Management (EURAM), SAGE Journals, and other online academic writing and blinded reviewing groups. Her research interest is mainly focused on project management, innovation, and human resources topics.
